Who Can Apply?
Hoërskool John Vorster welcomes learners who subscribe to the school's standards, values, and ethos. Admission requirements differ depending on the grade applied for. All applications are considered on merit.
Grade 8 — New Enrolments
- Completion of Grade 7 with satisfactory academic results
- Age: learner must be or turn 13 years old in the year of admission
- Satisfactory admission interview with the principal or designated staff member
- Evidence of good conduct and a positive learner attitude
- Successful submission of all required documents (see Required Documents)
Transfers
- Proof of successful completion of the preceding grade
- Recent school report (last two terms)
- Letter of good conduct from previous school
- Transfer certificate from previous school
- All required documents as set out in Required Documents
