Equestrian at Hoërskool John Vorster
Equestrian sport is a unique and demanding discipline at Hoërskool John Vorster. Learners who participate develop not only excellent riding technique, but also discipline, patience, and a deep bond with their horse. It is a sport that demands physical skill and emotional intelligence in equal measure.
Our equestrian learners compete at interschool and regional meetings across various disciplines. The sport teaches values such as responsibility, perseverance, and respect — all aligned with our school motto: Volhard en Oorwin.
