Parent evenings are a valuable opportunity for parents to connect directly with educators about their child's academic progress, behaviour, and general wellbeing. We encourage all parents to make full use of these occasions.

- Your child's most recent report or mark sheet
- Any questions you have for specific educators (a written list is recommended)
- Your ID document for sign-in at the entrance

How to Book Appointments
Appointments for parent evenings are arranged through the school office or via the designated booking system. Booking usually opens two weeks before the parent evening. Contact the office at 011 814-8218 or info@johnvorster.co.za for more information.
Appointments are usually 10 minutes each. If you would like to speak to a specific educator outside of parent evening times, please arrange a separate appointment by contacting the office.
