Music Programme
Music is a vital part of the cultural life at Hoërskool John Vorster. Whether as a school subject, an extra-mural activity, or a personal hobby, learners are encouraged to engage with music in a way that suits them.
What We Offer
- Private lessons: Individual tuition is available for piano, guitar, brass, woodwind, and string instruments.
- Ensemble participation: Learners may join the school choir and other ensemble groups.
- Music as a subject: Learners in the Humanities stream may take music as a formal school subject from Grade 10 to Grade 12.
